Quantum simulations and algorithms with superconducting circuits

September 11-15, 2022

Kfar Blum, Israel

Quantum computers made of superconducting qubits are a new and exciting platform to study complex quantum dynamics. The key strength of this platform is the possibility to tune and measure each qubit individually. But they also have important limitations, such as time-dependent noise, dissipative channels, and measurement errors, which prevent their use to solve quantum algorithms. In this workshop we will review a promising direction, namely the use of digital quantum computer to simulate interesting many-body effects and to implement quantum machine learning algorithm.
